“Jim was there on time and got my back door lock changed out with a new one that seemed to fit right in (he had it with him!). He keyed it to the same key I have for the other doors. It all took about a 1/2 hour. That's a pretty remarkable service given the variety of locks out there. The price was very fair. Lower than what I thought it would be. Services like this are hard to find. Whoever says he's grumpy in the other reviews is an entitled dolt. He's getting a really technical job done really quickly. We shouldn't expect a locksmith to whistle and smile and talk sweet small talk while he does his work. He's thinking, he's got another job to get to, he's hustling. Let's appreciate the skill he's got instead of worrying about how he's feeling or how he makes us feel? Any idea what it takes to stay in business for 45 years? Great service, amazing skill, fair price, friendly enough!“

“I brought my locked safe into the store so it could be opened so I could retrieve the spare key out of it. The gentleman who serviced me was the same one who took my call less than a half hour before. He was polite on the phone and just as kind in store. He said he would not have to break the lock like other Locksmith’s stated prior. He opened and checked my identity to verify it was mine as I asked him too. He offered to make a copy of the key as a backup so it didn’t happen again. He even helped me get it into my car. Nice costumer service and very reliable. I would recommend them to anyone.“
