Aeris and Dr. Bailey were welcoming, informative, and incredibly compassionate, especially as my dog was a bit shy at first. They took the time to make both of us feel comfortable. They also shared helpful resources like Balance.it and homecooking software, and gave thoughtful guidance around my dog’s bad breath — likely tied to needing more fiber. As someone who has only had goldens and golden mixes in the past, I really appreciated the education they provided on poodle-specific needs and considerations. We first met Dr. Kristin through a community outreach event, and I’m so glad we followed up. This woman-owned clinic is not only professional and deeply caring, but the space itself is beautiful, accessible, and clearly designed with intention. We've had good vets in the past, but this team stands out. Highly recommend.“

“I recently took my dog, Ginger, for her second lymes disease vaccination. Due to the appointment being strictly with the vet tech, I only had to pay for the vaccine. The vet tech actually gave Ginger the injection in the waiting room because there were no other clients/patients there at the time. Ginger didn't even notice that she received the injection. The vet tech gave her treats for being a good girl. The tech asked for permission to give Ginger treats before she did.“

Love the daily report cards and LOVE the fact that our pups daycare includes daily training and trick of the day.We moved out of bay view but will continue to bring him here as the experience and service is just worth it.Last, I have had a peace of mind since Zak began attending bay view bark. In summary we changed Zak from a franchise daycare (central bark) due to bad service and behavior changes in Zak…… I can tell bay view bark cares as they made sure to give me a virtual tour of the facility with the option to attend an open house, they made sure they over communicated with me to assure me all the care and training pups get before I enrolled Zak…... And since the switch I can see a drastic change in Zak’s behavior. He is much more brave, confident, and at ease when home. Zak is given his treats, lots of love, and lunch packed by us daily. “Canine Einstein has been an absolute god-send for us. We rescued a two-year-old Golden retriever who turned out to be extremely dog-reactive. The strategies we were given by a previous trainer were ineffective and we were at our wits end. We stumbled on Canine Einstein purely by accident and I'm so glad we did. Dawn and Sylvie and the rest of the staff have worked with us so patiently over the last several months and we are seeing real progress. We have done private training, parallel pals, and reactive dog classes and every single time we come away feeling a sense that we can handle this. There is no judgement here. These are real people who have personal experiences of their own with challenging dogs and they make you feel empowered. They are kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and experienced. “I’ve been bringing my Ace to Central Bark for a few months now, and we are both loving it! He gets so excited when we pull into the lot and he realizes he’s at “school”. He loves daycare and the staff, which is a big plus for me as it can be a little nerve-racking leaving your fur baby in the hands of others, but the staff here are absolutely wonderful, and he always comes home completely exhausted so I fully trust that he is getting the best care here. I really do appreciate how kind and welcoming the staff is, and how sweet they are to my boy!

I also really like the retail space here, and the services they offer. I’ve been able to get Ace’s nails trimmed here a few times before pickup which I really appreciate- and they’re the only ones who have been able to do it without him getting nervous!

“We were so nervous to take our tiny 4lb puppy to daycare for the first time. He’s been struggling with separation anxiety at home and we thought there was no way he would make it through a full day of daycare. Central Bark made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I received an update during the day that he was doing great and he made it through the day with an awesome report and some great resources and photos to go along with it. They somehow got him to sleep in a crate during the day (a feat we are struggling with so much at home) and he played with other doggy friends for the first time!
