You can tell that every employee generally cares for the dogs. I have a large dog, and I have never once felt that they were unable to handle her or had any issues managing her size and temperament. She comes home happy and tired after every visit! I love seeing the pictures they post of the pups every day.“

“Dr. Ben helped me send my 17 year old cat to the spirit world. They were very accommodating and kind to the situation at hand. I appreciate the help ending her suffering.One thing I would note for improvement is that the assistants that day at the desk were a bit loud in discussing about other things (work related complaints that could have been discussed in private ir withheld), when I feel and have been trained to be more respectful to the situation. The actual Vet Tech and Doctor were very gentle and respectful, though.“
