Once I did, I was called shortly after with a recommendation that he come in sooner and provided availability for same day appointments. The staff was all very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. My cat is very warry of new people, especially when he's being poked and looked at during a vet appointment. He was so comfortable and relaxed, so I was, too. The provided detailed care instructions which include quick solutions to try to address his illness. The price was also really reasonable. Overall, would highly recommend Small Animal Hospital.“

“I have a bengal and was very anxious about the anesthesia as bengals and other special breeds can have life threatening sensitivities, but the vet and staff were SO gentle with me and compassionate about my concerns. I know when clinics put out a high level of volume for their services that it can sometimes feel like a McDonaldization of the procedure, but this clinic had me in tears of relief over how kind they were to both me and my cat. They are worth every mile, every penny, every frustratingly full schedule that you have to squeeze yourself into if you’re lucky. They’re so worth it.“

“Dr. Sherer is fantastic! I highly recommend them. Cat care in general is not cheap, so don’t go in expecting to spend $100 one time and never worry about your cat again. Dr. Sherer went above and beyond to inform me everything about my cat’s teeth extraction and cleaning. They called in advance for optional procedures and outlined every step of the process. I’m very grateful for their expertise and they are well worth the money.“
