After the dual sump pump failure my basement looked horrible, it was hard to imagine it could be what it was before. Carpet CIty did a great job with both the carpet and the molding. Easy to work with and a fair price. I have a few things left to move but the light at the end of the tunnel is easily within reach now!
We had a great experience with the Carpet City in Germantown, WI! Jenna was very helpful with picking out the right carpet and kept us informed on delivery and install times. We were very happy with how the new carpet looked in our home! We only had the carpet a month when our Labrador decided to claw a hole in it. The manager came out to look at the damage and offered to repair it at no cost! The installers came back and did an awesome job repairing the hole to the point I have no idea where it was anymore! The is some phenomenal customer service!!!
