We met with a few different places when we were planning a new build and Will and Phil were easy to talk to and genuine and we liked the finished houses we walked through that they had completed. We ended up doing a remodel and addition to a current home which ended up being almost a full redo and they were in it every step of the way and were always available for questions and gave honest answers. I remodeled my main floor, the majority of it. Removed walls. Custom kitchen. Custom general bathroom. Replaced the flooring. Changed out windows and doors and millwork and, well, pretty much rebuilt the main floor.

Spent more than I initially thought, but that's all on me. As I watched the work being done, I wanted more work to be done and of the same quality GTC was giving.

Being disabled, GTC worked around my living situation. The sub contractors used were absolute quality and helped form my vision. Of the General Contractors I looked at, I chose well with GTC.

I've plans to finish my basement and undertake outside work. I'll be reaching out to GTC for these projects as well. You can't go wrong using this company.“

Edge Plumbing came out to relocate my plumbing before the contractors can come out to start building my bathroom. (Forgot their names, sorry!) The 2 gentlemen came out and was highly professional and respectful to my home. They were very well detailed as to letting us know what they will be doing before proceeding their work. They did a well job prepping and cleaning up after their work. We wanted to work with a design-build firm who could take us through the entire project and hand us the keys at the end and that's exactly what Keller did. They assisted us with space needs evaluations, architectural plans, a public bid process, construction and finishing details.
