3521 W National Ave, Milwaukee“I’ve been working at Greenspan Healthcare LLC for awhile now, and my experience has been positive. The management team is supportive and genuinely cares about both employees and clients. When I expressed interest in advancing my career through the Certified Direct Care Professional program, my supervisor was quick to provide all the information I needed.
The referral process was straightforward—HR gave me clear instructions and resources, and they were always available to answer any questions I had It’s great to work for a company that invests in its staff’s professional growth and makes it easy to access opportunities like this.“

Joe from Professional Home Care for the last 3 years has never missed an appt., on time always, great care for my mom ( which is VERY IMPORTANT to her children), always extremely nice, caring and never cuts corners caring for my mother's legs. My mother's legs have never looked better. Believe me, we have been through a lot with different care givers for the last 15 years and Joe is one of the best. My sisters and I are EXTREMELY HAPPY with her care. You want one of the best, have Professional Home Care take care of your loved ones. You will not be sorry.“

5345 S Moorland Rd, New Berlin“I was extremely frustrated to receive a bill from Apria for over $800 for equipment that had been returned nearly two years ago. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue through the billing department, I was fortunate to connect with Sara Holowinski, a branch coordinator who went above and beyond. She took the time to thoroughly investigate my case, locate the proof of return, and advocate on my behalf with both her leadership and the billing department. Thanks to her diligence, the charges were ultimately reversed. Sara was truly a lifesaver, and her outstanding support is the reason I’m leaving a 5-star review for this Apria location. Thank you, Sara, for your dedication and professionalism!“
“I called Kelly after hours and she was able to have a sitter at my patients home by 7am the next morning. She was very helpful in a time of need!“

112 E Drexel Ave, Oak Creek“my step mom was very leary of hospice because she had some bad experiences in the past. when I gave her their number they sat down with my dad and her and spent 3 hours with them. they took care of everything from making my dad comfortable to supplying things that my dad needed that they were paying out of pocket for. my step mom said that this was the best experience that she has ever had and she will be recommending them to anyone that may need hospice. she said she would give them a 10 out of 10 if she could. you guys were amazing.“

11333 W National Ave, West Allis“I was shocked to see the numerous negative reviews before going to my appointment to pick up and learn how to use my first ever CPAP machine. I received an appointment 3 hours after the order was placed for a machine. This was a surprise to many of the medical staff I worked with but I heard this happened because another appointment was canceled. Brittany S., RT who conducted the appointment was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had no issues. Given the numerous negative reviews of this entire process, I assume I was very lucky.“

“Dear Greg,
You probably know that Bruce Walter Maki passed away on Aug 10, 2024.
I am writing this to say "Thank you!".
First, this miraculous appearance of a new caregiver Letty for orientation and your immediate decision to offer her services to us. She is an amazing wonder. Not only professionally skillful, but so gentle, caring, respectful to the patient - Bruce, and to us, family, so profoundly sincere and open. We tried to tell her all that when we saw her the last time, but please commend her as her employer, on our behalf. We also thought that Bruce's inner goodness and willingness to help others had a say in this miracle.
Second, Laura the CNA. She was (is) a wonder too - she came with and without Letty several times to help her but also incredibly helped Bruce and family with her professional understanding what is good and what is not for the patient. It was Laura, not hospice, that demanded a strong painkiller before she could handle him without causing Bruce pain with all cleaning and changing. And on top of this, a lot of warmth and empathy and understanding and more. We thanked Laura but please do it again on our behalf.
And finally - probably I should have begun with this - you, as the head of this truly "Assisting Hands" agency, who have gathered all these people and showed compassion and flexibility in answering our needs.
Thank you.
Anna Gurevich (wife of Bruce)
Ben Maki (son of Bruce)“
