“I usually come in for a Brazilian with Whitney, who is phenomenal, but last night, my appointment was with Idalys. I was a little nervous purely because of routine and familiarity. Idalys did such an amazing job, she was great! She used a mix of hard wax and soft wax. She made the experience really comfortable and safe. The service was done after 20 minutes. My favorite thing to do every appointment is go to the bathroom and look at the new affirmation card by the light switch.“

“I got a massage with Liz, and I have to say it was LITERALLY the best massage I’ve ever had! I deal with knots in my neck and asked Liz if she could focus on that area. Liz is the FIRST masseuse who REALLY got in there and worked to get them out. I find it very hard to find someone that can give a good deep tissue massage, but Liz had no problem applying firm pressure for the entire hour! She even gave me some really great tips on what I can do afterwards. Liz is very mindful and has a very calming and peaceful presence, which really makes a huge difference. I have never felt so loose and relaxed! If you get a massage, GO TO LIZ! You will NOT be disappointed, and you’ll walk out feeling like a new person! 10 stars!!

They have saved me from a few haircuts that were not quite done right by other “high end” salons (and admittedly once saved me from a bad at-home haircut). “Phenix Salon is a nice building. Inside entrance is nice & welcoming. Love the water feature on the wall when you first walk in. The place offers people to open their own salons within the building which is great. So they have many different businesses inside that all are salons, barbers, massage, eyebrow & maybe facials 2. I have been getting my hair done @ My Studio inside Phenix for several years & have been following Dale for 30+ years. Unfortunately he is leaving the Phenix building this month & moving My Studio to Monona Dr. but I highly recommend checking out some of the other businesses inside Phenix Salon Suites. I have not personally tryed any of them but they seem to be good businesses. Otherwise look up My Studio on Monona Dr. for a great hair salon.“
