I showed the tech a pic of the color i wanted which was chrome- she started with black and did all my nails- i did not think to say that it wouldnt work, because i thought she knew- well she got all my nails done and then did chrome and was nothing like the picture- after a few tries- we proceeded to take it all off and start over with a completely different color- while this visit could have turned bad and it did take some patience from us both, the tech was apologetic, never rushed and continued without fault to make things right- i would sincerely go back knowing that is all she cared about was making sure i was happy with the outcome- im sure in future we all learned...read full review

I had an amazing experience at Cozy! Exceptional service from Louis. Super efficient—they did my dip nails and pedicure at the same time. I love the way the design turned out. My new go-to spot for nails!

Great salon to get a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was the best I’ve had. Scheduling was also incredibly convenient online. I will definitely be making the 1 hr drive to go here again.
