Today was my first time in this lovely waxing studio! Being new to Madison, I found that Margaret was just as lovely human being and she did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I felt so comfortable in this space and with her! I also appreciated all of the wonderful suggestions for things to do in this new city/state! I will return! Thank you so much Velvet Studio!
After my first time visiting I will most definitely be going back! I saw Margaret (downtown location) and she was so sweet and so kind and clearly experienced. She was confident in what she was doing and I was comfortable the entire time. The space was clean and enjoyable to be in. Even woman behind the front desk was kind to me! I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!! 🫶🏻
The salon is always very clean and welcoming, and the staff are very friendly. The online booking system is very easy to use and I can usually get an appointment quickly. I’ve been seeing Idalys for a couple of months now and she is wonderful. I look forward to our monthly yapping sessions, and she does a fantastic job with the wax. Super thorough, and FAST! Even going fast, she isn’t rough or anything and I actually feel like her waxes have hurt less than other people I’ve gone to in the past. I highly recommend Velvet Waxing and Idalys!
