“I cannot speak for the 1 star reviews but my experience with Greg was fantastic. My plumber told me I needed to call Roto-rooter to fix an issue in our basement pipes. I googled Madison roto-rooter, saw Greg's Rite-Now was close and I called. He said he could come out right away and he did just that. He was friendly, informative and fixed the issue within a short time frame. We had a good conversation and he left! I would definitely use him again and recommend him.
