My wife and I have renovated several homes, built offices and have had many construction projects in the past. We were planning on building a custom lake home that was more modern and had difficulty finding someone who understood what we wanted at a fair price. We had bids at a number of the high end builders in the Lake Geneva/Lake Beulah/Lauderdale Lake area and most bids were significantly higher due to their larger construction companies. Jon is a super efficient contractor who has great subcontractors that priced our job fairly. The most important aspect was that the quality could not be higher. The project was on budget and almost on time, with some delay due to weather with masonry.
