He provided a very fair bid and was forthright on additional expenses as they were incurred throughout the project. He was patient with us as we made changes in the middle of the project and provided his tasteful opinion when we were stuck between decisions. Roman was always easily reached for communication and stopped by almost daily to evaluate progress. Throughout the project, his crew were very punctual, professional, and respectful of our living space, which was very appreciated as we were still living in the house during that time.
