I bought a property with many large black walnut and cedar trees. There were limbs (some very large) hanging over my roof and garage. Being relatively new in town, I asked around to see who the locals recommended and the overwhelming response was Dave's Tree Service! I called and Dave came to look things over with me and give me his professional input. We met a second time right before the work began and then he stopped by to see how things looked after the project was done, as well. This guy has decades of experience and he knows his stuff!! And what's more, he is an all-round nice guy.
Nathan cut and dropped the trees-I was impressed with the work he did. Eddie and Alex worked on keeping the ground cleared and running everything through the grinder. They took down several trees completely, trimmed back everything hanging over the house and garage, and took care of some other miscellaneous tasks. Everything was done expertly and exactly as I wanted. Throughout the two day project they answered any questions I had and checked in with me regularly. Really nice guys with a great work ethic- rarely took a break despite temps being in the upper 80's with high humidity. Cleanup was exceptional as well.
I could not have asked for anything to be done differently. Certainly got more than I expected from this company-and my expectations are always high! I recommend Dave's Tree Service without reservation!
Great getting my nails done by Connie. The shop is very festive for Christmas and their tree is beautiful. If your looking for a relaxing mani or pedi call ahead because Connie is usually booked but Becky will fit you in somewhere, she has magical time slots!
My husband and I stopped in February 7th for the first time during a DC winter get away. I love the store, but even better were the very nice ladies that work there. Usually my husband gets bored very fast and goes back to the car but he did not do that- the atmosphere was relaxing and no pressure- just an enjoyable experience. I found many nice things and was thrilled with my purchases! We will return!
What a surprise! This is a full 1.5 hour yoga class covering breath work and a variety of poses and flows. She even corrects, which is rare these days. Cannot wait to return to this lovely venue.

I love all the handmade crafts in the salon, too. It was my first time there and I will definitely return.

We really enjoyed having our new puppy stay at the Door County Kennels. Dave was great and took amazing care of our little guy. The flexibility this allowed us to have our puppy with for the day trips and know that he is getting walked and cared for at night.
