My hot water heater would not relight and we were having our-of-town guests at our cabin the next evening. I called Wiersgalla and they came out immediately. It turned out that the water heater was not reparable. They had to order one, it was delivered the next morning, and it was installed and working by 4 that afternoon! It was no easy installation; the heater is housed in a tight closet-like structure on the outside of the building. It had to be partially dismantled in order to get the 3” wider new heater inside, then repaired after the heater was hooked up. On top of all that, it was raining all day!
