I've taken several months since we've been back in our home to write this review for completions sake. First, when I say I've NEVER been so thankful for a company like I am to this on, believe me! This group lead by Denni Backstrom came in, picked up where others fell off & got the job DONE! They circumvented an awful adjustor, picked up where another restoration group left off (& gave up) and just flat out ROCKED!! Denni even helped me as a liason for my lien holder. Jesse (my project manager) is one of those guys who's hard working, dedicated & honest. You know, everything you rarely find anymore. Both were fantastic communicators! We used TRAC for some work in our basement due to water damage. Nick was amazing! He communicated well on his daily schedule and the work being done. I hired these guys to replace a few of my doors. At first, I did not have a great experience with my project manager. But, after letting them know my concerns, Jesse took over and everything was a breeze after that. Great communication, great work, and very professional.
