Kim is extremely knowledgeable and is able to customize a plan to meet your goals! Even if you think you've peaked or plateaued, she's able to dial in nutrition and fitness goals to take to to the next level! Great trainer for beginners looking to learn, or lifers looking for change/challenge! Highly recommend!

Kim does an amazing job! I have been to a lot of different trainers, and what makes her different is she makes workout/diet plans tailored to your needs instead of doing the same cookie cutter plan for everyone. She's extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of health (physical, mental, and emotional) and can honestly help you with anything! 10 STARS!

Didn't work out there, but very clean and organized private gym. There's a lot of trophies from the owners body building career. Has handicapped accessible bathroom and shower. Equipment is newer and in good repair. There is some outdoor workout equipment, and is in a nice quiet area not to far out of town.
