“We recently boarded our two dogs here for 10 days, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. One of my dogs is a bit reactive and requires daily medication so we were anxious leaving him but the staff went above and beyond to make sure both dogs were well cared for. From the start the staff was incredibly transparent and professional. They kept us updated throughout the stay and gave us peace of mind. They even called to ask about a scratch on my dog that I didn't even know was there! The facility itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. My husband let me splurge on our fur babies and add on lots of enrichments for their vacation. Their report card said they loved the nature walks (we take them for long walks at home) and the lick mats were a hit! Customer service was top notch from booking to pick-up and it’s clear that everyone there genuinely cares about the animals. We are so grateful for the care and attention our dogs received and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend!“
