“This past spring, SCS Building and Remodeling completed a large screen porch to replace the deck on the back of our house. They were very easy to work with and receptive to any ideas or changes. They’re honest and meticulous and obviously take great pride in their workmanship. The screen porch is beautiful, and we use it almost every day.
We also had them repair our front screen door, and last week a crew did a great job repairing a leak in our garage roof. They arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Several years ago, they repaired some drywall water damage in our basement.

“We hired Chads Design Build to renovate our attic into a usable finished living space. We ended up turning it into a primary bedroom. The size and scope of the project was larger than anything we had ever done. The project required structural engineering, multiple subcontractors and even some sweat equity.

From start to finish Chads listened to our needs and wants while giving us suggestions along the way. Anytime we ran into an issue they were quick to resolve it.

The carpenter custom cut treated boards to specification for the posts, they repaired and sealed concrete steps where animals had broken in, and sealed cracks on the top.
