“I always receive excellent care and explanation about my conditions from the technicians and Dr. Bergmann. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star for the review is because the person who checked me in told me to go to the wrong waiting room. The tech's had been calling my name at the correct room but I didn't hear them because I was in the room the front desk had directed me to go to. I waited longer than I would have if I had been told to go to the correct numbered waiting room.“

“My daughter and I had appointments with Dr. Jason today and we were blown away by his upbeat and fun energy, the time he took to explain everything, and the care and concern he showed us during the appointments. He has several years of experience in treating patients with Type I and II Diabetes, and given our daughter has Type 1, we also learned a great deal about the “why” behind the importance of the annual diabetic eye exam. In no way did it feel like he was ever upselling us at any time; it was genuinely about our daughter’s health for the long term.We will be patients for life (as long as our insurance is accepted ?). “My whole family and I have had great experiences at Moes, now Voss. My insurance has changed a couple times so the prices have fluctuated a bit, but that’s not their fault. Complaining about the prices, as others have done is stupid. Talk to your insurance company.I will use them as long as my insurance covers my glasses.“

“I used to go to Mancheski Vision prior to moving away from Green Bay. When I returned to town, I received a coupon for another vision center and went there. After over 1 year of working with them to get the right prescription for both contacts and glasses, I cut my losses and went to Mancheski. At the initial appointment, I told the doctor what I had experienced. We did an exam, and I was given a trial pair of contacts. Immediate success! The prescription was wildly different than the most recent misque at the other place. I will not go elsewhere again.“
