Does excellent job determining prescription. Takes time to answer any questions I might have. I go to Dr. Carli even though she is not in my vision plan because she is so much better than ones I tried within my plan.

I have been a patient since I was 12. I love the doctor. I stayed even when my insurance no longer had a contract with them. It was amazing. But lately since they changed names…. Their customer service has gone down hill. Enough to make me change doctors. I still give them 5 starts because the doctor is amazing!!!!
