Just had a visit by Nick, taking advantage of the current special to have both the furnace and air conditioning looked over. Nick was very thorough and professional and not only did the inspections but showed me what he was seeing (everything checked out ok). I never felt like he was rushing it or just doing something for show. Overall we are very happy and will definitely look here for any future business.

Jeff of Rymer Heating is our Comfortbilt Pellet Stove Technician specialist. He is prompt, knowledgeable, reliable and professional. We purchased a Comfortbilt HO50S pellet stove from Home Depot in January and started using it at the end of January. Just before Valentine’s Day we experienced an Alarm code that although the user manual from Comfortbilt Pellet Stoves has many useful troubleshooting links and videos we could not get our pellet stove to feed pellets. We were certain that it was an auger issue as everything but that seemed to be functioning per the diagnostic testing process. We submitted a technical support request via the website link and when we were able to speak with someone it was Jeff of Rymer Hearing. Jeff was quick to schedule a time, and was flexible, in fact he was able to come a day ahead of schedule due to a cancellation. Jeff was able to get our pellet stove running in a short amount of time and he took the time and thoroughly explained the process and made suggestions and adjustments for maximum efficiency based on his experience. We are so pleased with Jeff and Rymer Heating and highly recommend him for all of your Pellet, Wood, Gas stove needs.

We contacted Hugh through his website, we explained we recently purchased two properties that we needed to combine and have surveyed. Hugh promptly responded and followed up with a phone call answer several questions we had given him. He was very courteous, professional and sincerely interested in making sure we understood everything he had explained. He kept us informed during the process even though there was some weather related issues that he did keep us informed about those delays. We paid his bill promptly and in turn we had our property maps within a week. They where well marked and the legend was very easy to follow!Clear communication was refreshing and a pleasant change of pace. I would recommend him if you are looking for someone who will take the time to answer questions so you understand what he is saying.

Mark showed up on time this morning and got right to work. He fixed the problem with my furnace within an hour. He was very professional and I was charged a fair and reasonable amount for the service that was provided. I have had Ideal Air to my home on 3 different occasion in the past five years and every technician that has come out has been professional and done a quick and efficient job on my furnace and air conditioning unit. They are reasonably prices and above all honest! This was not my past experience with some other Heating and Cooling companies in the De Pere-Green Bay area.
