Our air conditioner stopped cooling at the beginning of a hot & humid week. Called Tom requesting service and were told he would be out later that day. Fortunately for us, he called back a short time later and said he had a cancellation and could be by us shortly. He arrived, repaired the problem and we now have a cool house again.
