Got a manicure here, it has only been a week and 3 days and it is so chipped and terrible. The shaping did not look good from the start. It is one of the worse manicures I have had and prolly the most expensive. I do want to say the girls working were very friendly and seemed to do the best they were trained/experienced to do, and they are the only reason I gave 3 stars and not one. Seems as if they have people being pushed in so many services hard for them to be good at.

Had 2 separate but equally great services here. Brought my late 80s grandma in for a quick wash and style and Megan was our stylist and she was really accommodating for for my grandma and made sure she was comfortable.
I later came back and had my lashes done. Unfortunately I dont recall the young lady who does this service but she was great. Was able to squeeze me in Easter weekend. Was quick no bs service, which I love. And my lashes look fabulous. Would recommend both services and will be back for regular lash Apts.

I have been looking for a place that offers massages. This was recommended to me by my PT. Stacey was outstanding. I got a 90 minute therapeutic massage for knots in my neck. I would highly recommend Roots/Stacey
