Northern Builders and Homes helped us with an extensive exterior remodel, new garage, and multiple other large projects on our home. Jeff and his team did an amazing job and we are astonished at the end result! Even with unexpected hiccups that come with redoing an old home, Jeff and his crew adapted quickly to make sure the job was done on time and done right. We couldn’t be more happy with our experience and will be certainly working with them in the future!

Jeff and his team finished our home in September, 2026. We were extremely impressed with Northern and how well the project was coordinated with his subcontractors.and crew. Extremely professional and well organized! We’d easily work with Jeff and crew again and would be happy to answer questions.

I asked Jeff to check out my property, I was worried if I could even build a house on the small area that wasn't swamp. He said he could and I was all in. I have road on one side and what I would call a cliff on the other side. He worked wonders on my property. The neighbor across the road said he thought there would never be a house on my property... Jeff put a 1600 square foot house on that property!! I also waited a bit to post this review because I wanted to see if anything came up quality wise in the house... it is AWESOME! No problems here. I recommend him 100%
