“A reliable company always responsive when needed. They installed my furnace, air conditioner, and water heater (in 1994) so regularly perform maintenance. I upgraded (myself) my thermostats to Nest units, and when one wasn’t working properly in cooling mode, they fixed it by adding an extra board to the zone, even though they didn’t supply Nest. They also replaced my water heater after it broke down; six months later, it failed again, and they replaced it free of charge—including the labor cost, which many companies don’t cover. Overall, very satisfied!“

“Friday, the 13th of March was a very windy day & our roof was damaged along with many others! I requested emergency evaluation of our roof. When I get THERMAL EXTERIORS' owner, JOEL on the phone, he promised to check our roof by 3 pm.

When he arrived, as promised, he inspected the damaged area of our roof and called his business partner to come help him repair our roof. They proceeded to complete the repair!

The cost was reasonable, especially in context of the extensive damages to roofs all around caused by the heavy winds!
