“Friday, the 13th of March was a very windy day & our roof was damaged along with many others! I requested emergency evaluation of our roof. When I get THERMAL EXTERIORS' owner, JOEL on the phone, he promised to check our roof by 3 pm.

When he arrived, as promised, he inspected the damaged area of our roof and called his business partner to come help him repair our roof. They proceeded to complete the repair!

The cost was reasonable, especially in context of the extensive damages to roofs all around caused by the heavy winds!

“Fall 2023 was the second time in two decades that we hired Wetzel Home Improvements. The first time was a complete roof tear-off, new decking, roof, and gutters. “We took bids from several companies in the Milwaukee area. Lee was the representative from Tiltin Windows and Doors. He completely explained the process and the products they had to offer. He offered advice and a wealth of knowledge for our project. There was no high pressure sales tactics, just professionalism.
Tiltin Windows and Doors were able accommodate all our needs. 24 windows and 5 doors. The other companies could not or would not install the glass block window in the basement, would not install an odd sized door on the garage and wouldn’t install screen doors on our upper porch doors, stating they were off sized doors. Tiltin took care of all of this!
Javier, the owner, came out and remeasured all the doors and windows, offered advice on better ways on better options. On the day of installation his team got to work, including Javier. They were efficient, professional and very courteous. His employees are not contractors, they work exclusively for the company. Jarid and Armonie took their time, measured twice and installed everything to our satisfaction.
The products offered by all the companies that gave us bids seemed to be from the same Amish company in Indiana. Tiltin Windows and Doors beat the next closest bid by $22,000 and complete items the other companies wouldn’t do for us. Lifetime transferable warranty to boot.

“Just had my second project completed. Super happy with the work. First was a bathroom remodel of our 150 farmhouse, and the second was a set of exterior stairs behind our garage. Both turned out great. They have a dedicated staff that will take you from proposal, to demo, construction, and inspection.

What I especially like about this team is that, like with every project, there will be issues that arise. They make it easy to discuss the issues and come to a solution that always puts the customer first. These people are in it for the long haul, and are not just interested in the project, but in the longer term relationship.

They have office staff, designers, and a crew of professionals.

“AJ Development Group provided mold inspection and remediation recently. From start to finish, the assessment, ability to get the work done efficiently and quickly was really appreciated.
