“We just got our puppy's nails trimmed here and neither of us cried! He's a big, squirmy 7-month-old and this was his first nail trim since we adopted him. I've had exceptionally bad experiences at other groomers in the past with our previous dog (may she rest in peace) so I was trying to trim the puppy's nail myself. Unfortunately, I couldn't get more than one nail cut before he squirmed away and ran from me. So I made an appointment with Two Tails. I was so anxious today, but Morgan was amazing with our puppy and with me. She put me at ease and remained calm and positive with our puppy. The visit was quick and easy - with zero drama. I'd give 1,000 stars if I could.“

“I recently took my dog, Ginger, for her second lymes disease vaccination. Due to the appointment being strictly with the vet tech, I only had to pay for the vaccine. The vet tech actually gave Ginger the injection in the waiting room because there were no other clients/patients there at the time. Ginger didn't even notice that she received the injection. The vet tech gave her treats for being a good girl. The tech asked for permission to give Ginger treats before she did.“

“I am so happy with my experience at Official Pet Boutique! They did a wonderful job on my girls they came out looking and smelling better than ever. The shop is run by two ladies who are truly passionate about dog grooming and genuinely care about the well-being of dogs.
I loved how gentle and friendly the staff were with my dogs, and I definitely look forward to bringing them back. The shop itself is beautiful inside, and you can see your dog being groomed as soon as you walk in. They also have a great selection of little scented goodies, pet clothes, accessories, and treats.

“We awoke to our (extremely) food aggressive 3 year old cat not eating. It was a Sunday morning, so I called what Google said was WVRC, but got Westown Vet Clinic instead. It was 8:30am, & Westown was able to make give us a 10:30am appointment, so I took it.

I was impressed with the staff- they took us to a room quickly, & everything was immaculately clean & well lit. The vet was running a bit late due to another cat emergency, & they apologized profusely.

The vet examined & diagnosed our cat. We really appreciated that he was able to fix our feline with an injection & some take home meds. He said that he could do an X ray & bloodwork, but didn’t think it was necessary at this point. We’re grateful that he didn’t oversell us on expensive add-ons. Even my husband thought that the bill was reasonable.

I’ve also had great experiences at WVRC (esp on the weekends), & in the future for urgent (non-emergency) services, I’d make an appointment with Westown Vet Clinic, as they were able to offer me an appointment time, as opposed to just triaging every patient that arrived.“

“For the past 5 years I have groomed my Pomeranian at home and as he gets older he is less tolerant of me grooming him, so I am beyond excited to finally found a groomer I can trust. Mera was so patient with him and at a point he didn’t even need his muzzle! To hear my boy felt safe enough with her was the absolute best. Pricing is definitely reasonable and will depend on size and length of hair. Every dog deserves to feel safe and look great after a groom. Do yourself and your pup a favor and get them a spa day here!!“

“Great staff and fantastic communication all-around. I brought my reactive rescue here. Dr. Patchett was so careful in examining her and provided really good advice and tips to help my dog. I also really like that when I bring my dog in, I call first to make sure waiting room is clear. I dont know why more vets dont do this--it reduces one more stressor from the visit. I clipped my (very skittish) dog's nails for the first time with Dr. Patchett's clear directions and right medications. Really happy I found this practice.“

“We absolutely love The Dog Sanctuary in Sussex, and so does our 1-year-old Bernedoodle, Phoenix! He’s extremely social and high-energy, and this has been the perfect place for him to play, socialize, and burn off some energy.

Sarah and her team are incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about every dog that comes through their doors. We’re still working on some obedience training with Phoenix, and they’ve been nothing but patient, understanding, and supportive in our efforts. We truly appreciate their commitment to creating a safe, fun, and well-managed environment for all dogs.

“We were so nervous to take our tiny 4lb puppy to daycare for the first time. He’s been struggling with separation anxiety at home and we thought there was no way he would make it through a full day of daycare. Central Bark made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I received an update during the day that he was doing great and he made it through the day with an awesome report and some great resources and photos to go along with it. They somehow got him to sleep in a crate during the day (a feat we are struggling with so much at home) and he played with other doggy friends for the first time! We can’t thank Central Bark enough for taking care of our little guy and giving us a sense of freedom back so we can go to work and not worry! We are excited to come back!“
