“My husband called them for a nest/hive in the over hang of our garage. He told them that he would like them to walk the property to see if there were signs of any other hives. He set it up for Tuesday encause he would be home that day. They came on Monday when neither of us were home. They didn’t walk around side or back(we have security motion lights). When he called them asking about coming a day early and not walking around the property, the response was that they didn’t do that kind of thing (walk around to check for other hives). Why wouldn’t they tell him this when specifically asking for this? We would have called around. And found another provider that would do this for us. I know how important sirve are so I will not give lower than this but be aware of this. I was I. The room even he was on the phone and heard him set it for Tuesday and request the llookover. They took care of the hive but since it was done when he wasn’t home, they didn’t tell him that there would be a sooty substance along the garage edge. When he called about everything they explained that it will wash off. Too bad they didn’t came the day he would be home so they could tell him this at that time.“

“Called Humberto last year (sorry for the delay in review!) to deal with a raccoon in the attic. SUPER easy to communicate with, caught the little fella upon the critter's next visit. Humberto took her out of the attic with care, quickly identified it was soon-to-be mama, and took her somewhere to be a happy little raccoon away from my house.
Humberto showed he knows raccoons and cares about keeping them safe through the process. Would gladly call again if I have a similar issue down the road.“
