We have been using Wil-Kil for thirty years and I would not feel right if I didn't write a review about this great business. It is not just the fact that they do what they say they will do-take care of pests in and around our home on a regular basis, but they do it with a professionalism that sadly is not all that common today.Our technician is Hector, who should truly be the role model for any business dealing with the public. He is knowledgable, kind, professional and intuitive. All you could possibly ask for in this circumstance.I would be hard pressed to think any business that could beat Wil-Kil. I do not hesitate in the Least to recommend them hands down!

A computer calls and says they’re coming to do the outside of the certain day and I have to call to talk to a person to set up a two hour time. Because I need them to come inside and not just do the outside. I have been a customer for I think 30 years and in that time I have never just wanted the outside done. I want it to be set up that you’re going to do the inside and the outside Unless the customer calls to cancel the inside service.Services: Home inspection

It was a bed bug problem and we were freaked. Stephen in sales got on the case and went above and beyond to get us ready for the heat treatment. He answered all questions, even the weird ones. On the appointed day Tom, the technician, ran the treatment and gave us all the advice we needed to feel comfortable with the procedure. Good customer service from end to end -- Stephen especially brought a lot of experience and empathy.
