“I really wanted to give this company a 5-star, but I think they are close to a 4.5-star. They are amazing. My roof looks amazing, and the staff is amazing but we had a small problem. My contract included tuning up my garage roof and fixing the leaks in my gutters. I was notified that another team did those repairs, but the project wasn't planned well. Those repairs weren't done immediately following the completion of the roof on my house which was a little frustrating, especially since it seemed as if the company didn't know that those repairs weren't done yet. Although it was a little frustrating, It all got done and my house looks amazing! Please use this company for your roofing needs. They are amazing!“

“Working with L.H. Krueger and Son to have our roof replaced, chimney cap replaced, gutters upgraded, and minor siding repairs was an excellent experience.

We started the process by receiving quotes from several businesses. Quotes generally offered a three options. What differentiated L.H. Krueger from others was the attention to detail during the initial assessment. Ryan identified issues that others missed. Following the assessment, we met shortly thereafter. I wasn't interested in meeting - I'd rather just get the quote in an email. But, the in person review was worthwhile. It was not a pressure sale's pitch.

Once we settled on L.H. Kruger to do the work there was a reasonable delay in starting the job because of their work backlog. There was another delay of a couple days because of the torrential rains in S.E. Wisconsin. It is seemingly irrelevant, but it is worth noting L.H. Krueger (Rachel) proactively communicated progress and promptly responded to my questions.

The roofing crew arrived on the expected date. They were excellent! They were efficient and conscientious. They were very helpful in addressing bathroom and plumbing venting issues properly. They went above and beyond. Cleanup was great. I wish I remembered the crew's names because they deserve being recognized.

Shortly thereafter, the chimney cap and siding repairs were performed quickly, per the schedule.

All in all, L.H. Krueger and Son did high quality work, proactively communicated, and provided very accommodating payment options.“

He was patient with us when we tried to get the roof damage approved through insurance. Surprise, raccoon damage was not covered but he took care of us nonetheless. He wasn’t pushy and talked us through all the options so we could understand all the options. Who would have known all shingle are not the same? A complete tear down, beam replacement, chimney tear down and roof replacement done in a week in the extreme temperatures. These guys were real troopers, one even wore a Santa hat which was fun for the season. Clean up was great, we haven’t found a single nail or staple which I was worried about for our dogs and tires.
