They got everything done in one day, 7am till almost 7 pm, when originally they told me it would be a few days. I found them, actually they found me, just walking around the neighborhood. They contacted my insurance company and got a claim number within 10-15 min right after I met the very nice sales rep. Bik was also there if any help or questions were needed and did a great follow up a few days later when everything was done. I was really impressed with the clean up. Since the roof was completed, I ran into two other people I know that used Advocate and had a good experience.
