“We have been lucky enough to have Modern build our home, and then when we needed a contractor modern inc was the first to respond to our call. Actually the only ones (refinishing floors, paint, and drywall). Additionally, everyone remembered us personally when we called the office from our house build. Modern has a rich history which we grew to know through our many talks with Brians parents during our home build. “We had siding, gutters and fascia replaced. From the beginning of the process to the end, Robert's Restorations was great to work with. They came out promptly for an estimate, showed interest in our needs and made us feel that we would be valued as customers. Robert explained in detail what needed to be done, and provided a fair, detailed estimate within a day. They then helped us in the process of choosing siding colors and made recommendations. It took a little while (2 weeks) to order the materials and get started, and rain slowed the project a bit. But their worker's were clearly skilled and hard working. They took great care not to damage anything, and this was incredibly important because there are extensive plantings around the house. We were extremely happy with how everything turned out.
