From our first introduction with Bill, he was efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. It took several months to make our decision to move forward with our roof replacement. He offered one follow up call to check in, which was helpful because I'd misplaced his number and had wanted to go with BNW.Bill and his crew were ready to go sooner than we thought, which was also great. The crew got started and they worked very fast and were also pleasant. Halfway through tear off we encountered inclement weather - for the next 2 days. They were very professional they did exactly what they find in the contract. The work was of high quality and professional inefficient very very efficient. They were helpful in adjusting or venting in the roof.Services: Gutter installation
