“We have been customers of Schneider Heating and Air Conditioning for over 30 years. During this time, Schneider has provided us with outstandig service in two of our homes. Several weeks ago our boiler blew a gasket, which we did not notice at all since it was still heating our home. Fortunately we had a home inspection done, and when the inspector showed us the damage, we were flabbergasted. It was pure luck the inspector was here since this was a potential dangerous situation.We called Schneider right away and they responded immediately. Within one hour, two Schneider techs were at our front door. It took them about 45 minutes to diagnose the problem. Next, they obtained the parts and returned quickly. It took another two hours to overhaul really good boiler. Not only were they quick to respond, the two techs (Dan and Jesse) were very nice; it was a pleasure to have them in our home. And told me he is always happy to provide information. He also took time to connect my dryer vent...as this was the cause of my water heater issues (dirty and burned out motor). Thank you!“
