Every one comes to the yoga mat with their own body, emotions, expectations and aspirations. Bringing all that to a class, a space shared with others bringing the same stuff, can be daunting, even prohibitive.
Attending Angie’s classes, one senses very quickly that in her own yoga journey she has understood all of this and is developing and honing her skills in responding to where all the True Nature yogis are at in their journey. This, for me, is essential; there are more yoga teachers, modalities and dilutions available now than any time in history. I don’t know how many teach with the intuition and egoless quality Angie brings to each class, but I know she is on that path, and invites everyone interested in a similar path to join her.

He looked up Boldts' file on my HVAC to familiarize himself with my equipment and my issue before he even arrived for the appointment at my house! That's being proactive. That's being thorough. While at my house he took the time to explain to me, in detail, what he thought my issue might be and to advise me on the best next steps. Very impressive!

The Body Balance class & personal training is awesome! However I'm not pleased that they REQUIRE Covid vaccine & masking policy is wear one, but it's optional to wear one in class & when exercising. I don't understand.

Mr Appliance fixed our ice maker in our refrigerator. They were top notch; on time, respectful and cost effective. Donald was our technician and he was phenomenal; he was so knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly! We will definitely use Mr appliance again for any future appliance repairs!
Lindus installed a complete roof on our St. Paul home some years ago. Recently I noticed the roof sagging in one small area and called them for an assessment. They determined the roof deteriorated because of a likely insulation heat leak, not related to the roof job. BUT Lindus fixed it WITHOUT CHARGE, as part of their warranty service and for customer good will. Fantastic! A shout out especially to Kevin who arranged for the work and Tucker & Nelson who did the repair expertly and cheerfully before the snow arrived! These guys are the best!

I was looking to replace a weedy patch under a tree with a perennial bed. Al responded quickly and provided a reasonable estimate for the work. He is very easy to work with. On day of installation, his team installed soil, landscape fabric, edging, and plants. They also replaced a section of existing edging that had been damaged. They arrived on time and completed all of the work by mid afternoon. He was flexible to changes we decided to make to our original plan on the fly. I can't thank him enough. The new perennial bed looks great!
