Amazing place to work with. My car looked like a golf ball and now it looks brand new again. They have great customer service and always answer the phone when you call. They will work with your schedule and keep you updated. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable technician with a lot of experience as well.
I just had my vehicle's hail damage repaired here and can't say enough good things about it. This is a nice family owned company and they did a beautiful job on my Jeep. They worked to get my deductible waved with insurance which was an unexpected nice surprise. The person that came to my door to advertise mentioned that they may be able to get it waved but I didn't believe it. I highly recommend Hail Free Solutions for the work that they do and service that you get!
Great service and friendly people. Dealing with hail damage is not pleasant but these folks made it so much easier. They scheduled my car damage inspection in a timely manner and worked directly with my insurance to get the claim processed. HFS even offered to help me with a car rental if I needed one! As it was, I was able to line up a rental but I didn’t have a ride available to take me home when I dropped my car off to be fixed. Suzanne kindly gave me a lift home! Granted it was just around the corner but that was just so nice of her to do. Communication was spot on and the car looks new. Highly recommend.
