This office and all of the staff are friendly and very approachable. I am terrified of dentists and Dr. Botsford and his staff have always been very straightforward and professional. I recommend them highly if you are afraid of dentists, they are great!
I was very nervous about going to the dentist. I haven't been to one in over 25-30 years. I need to get one tooth looked at right now. The nerve is exposed. I couldn't chew on right side. I was very happy with the entire staff. Very nice people.
I've been searching for a good dentist since I moved back to the area. It's been one bad experience after another, until a friend referred me her new dentist, Dr. Botsford at Midwest Dental in Baldwin!
The staff are very friendly, my hygienist is thorough and gentle, and Dr. Botsford is very personable, and knowledgeable on so many levels. He discusses your long term objectives, care options and tells you what to expect.
