“This is a review of the online shop as well the owner herself. We had a lice scare during camp and Laurie is incredibly kind, responsive and generous with her time answering questions online. The shop is very easy to use and products shipped promptly with easy to follow instructions. We haven’t had to use them yet, but I am ready and prepared in the event of actually finding anything. I’m very grateful and could not recommend highly enough.“

“I have been going to Aurora Westowne for 15 plus years going back to Dr. G. I have not felt disappointed in my care from the staff in the lab, to urgent care, physical therapy, primary care, podiatry, nephrology and so on. My portal messages are always replied to in a timely fashion. I understand also though that Aurora themselves may be short staffed or staff away from the office with leave, off time or illnesses and they do their best. I usually am connected to a nurse or they call me in 24 hours with urgent matters I have even on vacation or I call again and they always help me.“

“I wanted to say something about the Valet service. I was in out patient surgery with my sister yesterday. (7/12) It was pouring rain, and the Valet driver, (Steve) went over and above his service. My sister forgot her pillow in the car, and Steve offered to go out and get it for me. It was so unexpected and nice, I wanted to give him some credit. Thank you!“
