It was really busy at the check-in desk. People were lined up and they’re only two intake people working. I was lucky enough to get Trina as my check-in person. She quickly processed my check-in and was friendly and very dynamic. Really enjoyed her.
Excellent facility. I have never been to a facility that had so many caring efficient employees. They take the time to explain everything and are very thorough .I see Dr Dan Nelson and he is excellent also he takes time with you to address all of your concerns and answer all your questions his nursing staff is also the same. I highly recommend this facility
Both my elderly mother and myself see cardiologists (Dr Roselaar-mom, Dr Chapman(myself) and Dr Zhou (myself) and mid level providers at HVI. They are all professional, knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend them highly!
