His void has been felt in many areas but specifically in knowing the answer or being able to find the answer. They thoroughly inspected everything when done gave me my options. I ended up going with a new furnace. They had old one tore out, new one in, thermostat relocated,along with replacing some out of date piping in a days time. If anyone is having plumbing or heating issues I definitely recommend them.
