“I called the number even after hours and Mia responded very promptly in a courteous, informative manner. She states, "I was afraid somebody would not have heat through the night." That caring attitude is a nice change of pace for a while. She told me that there is a class action suit for LG refridgerators because the compressors are failing at a much earlier time than they should. This is a LG refridgerator brand problem only. I informed he we went through all the tips are manual says to try, but to no avail. Even though she was getting ready for bed, she took the time out of her life to speak with me and where would be a reputable brand and place to go to purchase a new one. This is going beyond the call of duty and certainly deserves some recognition. I will use A1 HVAC in the future. Thank you again Mia! You have a winning attitude and that is something anyone should be proud of and certainly is destined for success!”

“I was trying to play plumber and had to pay a plumber! John helped me out with my troubled DIY kitchen faucet project. He fixed my issues quickly and gave me encouragement to proceed on. Great communication and awesome knowledge about plumbing. I will be calling him again when needed!”
