I haven't dealt with them personally. However, my mother has. We lost my father over a year ago and he was a do-it-all handy man. His void has been felt in many areas but specifically in knowing the answer or being able to find the answer. My mom called multiple places for help with heating and struggled to get simple call backs. She reached out to Bauer. They have been fantastic! Just in talking with her it is like a large weight has been lifted off of her shoulders. Thanks John and everyone at Bauer.

Today I woke up without water from my faucet. Having an underground well & pressure tank, I was going to need a plumber, I started through the list of plumbers/contractors in Antigo. Even tried to call plumbers recommended in this Group including two in Wausau, the answers were all "we are busy-can't get there until next week-no emergency or Saturday work.Then I (finally) remembered I had called Bauer Plumbing & Heating in Aniwa for my pressure tank about 18 months ago. Brenda took the information & said she would call me back. Within 15 minutes, I had a plumbing company willing to come out and assess/fix this. Within 90 minutes, Josh & Carter arrived.
