I traveled seventy miles plus a ferry crossing to get to Omar's today. The trip was well worth the time and distance.The staff at Omar's was professional and efficient. Omar's assessed the problem with my built-in vacuum-system equipment, provided me with a repair and a new piece of equipment all at a surprisingly reasonable charge, all within a half hour.I wish that all businesses operated in this responsible and kind manner.

Excellent customer service and installation! Larry and the installation team were very professional, friendly and informative. They kept us updated throughout the whole day of installation. A few months later, we had a problem with the Turbocat vacuum roller, and as we suspected it may be faulty from the manufacturer, they were so kind to replace it and we have not had a problem since. We love the system, and had the outlets placed into closets upstairs and downstairs so they are completely out of sight, even though they are small and not really noticeable. Would highly recommend!
