I called this company to fix my Kitchen Aid oven & I would NEVER call them again. My oven worked for less than 30 minutes.They were supposed to look for a part for the oven. They over charged me. I had to call them for the invoice. I called & emailed them several times regarding the overcharge and for an update on the part for the oven. This company is a scam, if I could rate zero star I will do that. The 4 plus start showing on the website is a scam. This company when they came out the first time charged me $329 to fix my dryer and the dryer did not work properly after 2 days. I called the company and they came out to check and said will order the part. After 1 week I called the company and ask if the part is arrived they said it's not. The 2nd week I called back again and told them it has been 2 weeks and no one contacted us. You know what they hung up on me. Called for an appointment between 8 and 11. No one showed up. No one called. Attempted to call multiple times to figure out where the technician was. No one could tell me anything - in fact, most people I spoke with ended up hanging up on me. Best I could get was "oh we'll tell the technician to call you." Absolutely do not use this company.
