“I have been using LW Smith Pump Services for years. When I call with an issue, they will try to work through it over the phone. If it sounds like it’s something easy, I’ll try to fix it. They always offer to come out if you don’t feel comfortable looking into the issue yourself. Today, when I explained the issue I was having Wayne told me it sounded like a plugged sensor. It was as easy as turning off the pump, draining the water pressure off the system, and removing the sensor. Once I removed the sensor, I could see that it was completely clogged. I busted out the clog with a screwdriver, put everything back together and now it works great. They saved me a bunch of money on a service call. Moreover, they were happy to come out if I needed them to. They are the best in the business. Thank you!“
