I have been using LW Smith Pump Services for years. When I call with an issue, they will try to work through it over the phone. If it sounds like it’s something easy, I’ll try to fix it. They always offer to come out if you don’t feel comfortable looking into the issue yourself. Today, when I explained the issue I was having Wayne told me it sounded like a plugged sensor. It was as easy as turning off the pump, draining the water pressure off the system, and removing the sensor. Once I removed the sensor, I could see that it was completely clogged. The team at LW Smith are very knowledgeable and experienced. I did a lot of troubleshooting and had them come out to resolve the problems. They came when they said they would and got right to work solving several problems. They were very professional and friendly and communicated clearly. They made some suggestions on things I could do to reduce the cycling of my pump and coached me through the process. I’m very satisfied with the results!
This company persons are so awesome and helpful. Over the years they have helped me with some few problems but of course when they are your problems they seem like big deals. They were always prompt and very helpful getting problems figured out. I can not thank them enough for everything they have done over the years and so nice. Thank you!
