Woke up on a Thursday had no water at all, breaker tripped and then it wouldn't turn back on. Called LW Smith at 8am, June assured me someone would be by sometime in the afternoon to check it out. Wayne called me back at 8:30 am helping me troubleshoot and also assuring me someone would come by. Then at 10:00 Jeff called saying he was on his way. Jeff showed up, figured out what was wrong (breaker issue & pressure tank), and got it all fixed after he returned from his shop with parts. All done within a single day! I used Smith pump for 2 residential pump systems. So far we have had great service. Their team is a wealth of knowledge. Easy to work with. They are willing to go the extra mile when needed. They use good quality parts and charge a fair price.
