I’ve been to several eyeglass places over the years and I’ve had good service at some not great at others. This local Hazel Dell Walmart has at least one amazing employee by the name of Miguel. Miguel was amazing at helping me get the right frames, the right size, the right shape and all of the proper tweaks to make them perfect for me. Walmart is very blessed and should be grateful to have him as an employee. Great job Walmart and thank you Miguel!!!!
My husband broke his frame trying to adjust it, took it back to the Hazel dell location, and told the manager there that he (My husband) broke it. He was given a new frame, nicely adjusted, and for free. Seems too good to be true, but it is.
This optical center is awesome; the prices, the selection, and the customer service. Special shout out to Tiffany, who is unfailingly helpful and genuinely nice.
Highly recommended this optical center for glasses and repairs.
