About Vancouver Eye Care
Vancouver Eye Care offers eye exams and a selection of glasses, including options for children. Customers appreciate the extra time taken during exams and the efficient handling of repairs and replacements. The staff are always courteous and willing to answer questions, even if wait times are sometimes longer than usual. The business strives to make things right for customers, though some find better service and prices at other locations. Recently, a customer shared positive experiences with the team, highlighting the exceptional care provided by the physician assistant, Ms. Vicky, and the thorough fitting process by Donnie and Jamie. After cataract surgery, the customer received personalized assistance to ensure their glasses worked well with their new vision, resulting in a high level of comfort and satisfaction.
I have been going to this clinic for years. They are very professional and do an outstanding job… from the receptionist to the Doctors. When I had to get glasses the technician was very careful to make sure everything was marked correctly when ordering the lenses. I was able to use my frames from previous glasses …with no problems. One pair is transition and the other is regular.
The female Doctor is very thorough and explains things in detail so, that I don’t have to ask lots of questions.
I highly rate this clinic!
I couldn’t be happier with Dr Shay and all of the staff at Vancouver Eye Care . I had cataract surgery on my left eye 2 weeks ago and had the right eye done yesterday . Both Dr and all of the staff were warm , welcoming and knowledgeable . Thank You for giving me clear sight again . Colors are more vivid , everything is like seeing for the first time again .
