Bought new transition lenses with my own prescription and could not be happier. Great selection and prices, good turnaround time and great product but most importantly, the service is OUTSTANDING! Great selection of glasses. Every employee is kind and helpful! I brought in a new prescription from a different eye doctor through my insurance company and got two pairs of glasses. They arrived within the time frame they said they would and notified me immediately. Upon picking them up and trying to wear them a few times, I noticed I wasn't seeing properly. Things were blurry. I took them back and they immediately checked the glasses with the prescription on file from a different eye doctor outside of America's Best and they were correct. This meant my prescription was incorrect. They made me an appointment for the very next day to get a full eye exam with their eye doctor, and sure enough, the prescription was different. They are redoing my glasses with the correct prescription as we speak. They made this situation stress free and the process was seamless. Very impressed with their customer service.Thank you all for your help!Andrea
